Bumrah, Samson and Prasidh will join India’s Asia Cup 2023 squad after this series.
Ireland will be led by experienced batter Paul Stirling who took over T20I captaincy from Andrew Balbirnie. He is the most experienced player on the T20I side and has the most runs among all the batters. He is among the top five run-scorers in T20I cricket as well.

The likes of Andrew Balbirnie and Harry Tector are the other key batters in the lineup. With the ball, Josh Little with his recent IPL experience will be a key bowler for Ireland. Mark Adair, Barry McCarthy, and Craig Young make up the pace bowling group. Tectorand Skipper Stirling will need to back up Balbirnie with the bat at the top.
